Phil began his career in private practice before joining West Sussex County Council and then later co-founding Philips Surveyors LLP with Phil Wiltshire. Proficient in all sectors, Phil's expertise primarily lies in the rural sector, residential buildings, and conservation projects. Outside of work, Phil dedicates time to his farm, managing his pedigree herd of Sussex Cattle, and indulging his passion for all things related to the countryside.

Like Phil Acton, Phil Wiltshire began his career at West Sussex County Council before co-founding Philips Surveyors LLP alongside Phil Acton. Experienced in all sectors, Phil specialises in the commercial and public sectors. In his spare time, you'll find Phil immersed in automotive pursuits, either tinkering with his cars or behind the wheel of his vintage fire engine.

MRICS IMaPS

Will studied at Kingston University and gained valuable experience working with Atkins in London before joining Nash & Partners in Chichester. In 2008, he joined Philips Surveyors, becoming a Partner in 2022. Will works across all sectors although specialises in Education projects where his affable nature resonates with everyone he works alongside. Outside of the office, you'll invariably find Will on the golf course or supporting his beloved Arsenal FC.

ACIAT

Matt is comfortable working on all types of projects however, his strength lies in his knowledge and understanding of the planning system. Matt's primary role involves the submission and coordination of planning applications, including the preparation of drawings and a multitude of supporting statements typically required to support the planning process.

MCIAT

Gavin started his career in Land Surveying before joining Philips Surveyors. As a Chartered Architectural Technologist, Gavin's strength lies in his detailed knowledge and experience of construction across various project and building types. He is primarily responsible for preparing technical and design drawings during both the tender and construction stages of a project.

ACIAT

With a background in construction, Tom possesses a well-rounded knowledge of various types of projects, enabling him to confidently prepare a wide range of drawings, including feasibility, planning, and detailed technical drawings for tender purposes.

Sarah is our Office Manager, overseeing all administrative aspects of the business, including managing accounts, invoicing, and ensuring our compliance with industry accreditations such as CHAS and Constructionline.
